30' wide tents:

30 X 30 fiesta This shows our 30' X 30' tent with only tables and chairs, this could be tables of 8 (72) or 10 (90) 30 X 50 fiesta This shows our 30' X 50' tent using all rectangle tables and chairs, an 8 person head table. Total 168 seated
30 X 60 fiesta This shows our 30' X 60' tent all tables and chairs which could be up to 224 guests (10 per table)    

20' X 40' tents:

If you want to do more than just a sit-down meal, then you must remove tables or use a larger tent.

Below are several suggested tent layouts where the tent area has many uses, such as D/J, buffet tables, dance floor, coffee station, cake table, a long head table etc. The dance floor can have the buffet tables on it until after the meal and then the tables removed to make room for dancing. Or if the food is not served in the tent, additional tables could be on the dance floor and removed after the meal, and guests would be redistributed among the remaining tables. There are many choices and variants, all which depend on your personal needs or the uniqueness of your yard:
